St Luke’s Medical Center (formerly Radius Medical St Lukes) welcomes new patients and extends an especially warm welcome to those new to New Zealand. We are a General Practice consisting of female and male GPs
Experienced Doctors
Dr Bashir Ahmed, GP is MBBS, FRNZCGP, Honorary Senior Lecturer University of Auckland and hold Certificate in Dermoscopy (MoleMap) and Minor Surgery. Dr Deepa Rao, GP with focus on Child and Women’s health.
Professional & Friendly Staff
Our medical center is well staffed with nurses, receptionist, admin assistant, physiotherapist, acupuncture therapist and pharmacy professionals.
Extended opening hours
We are open 9am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri. We are also available on Sat and Sun 9am till mid day for urgent patient needs.
Same Day Appointments
We are happy to accommodate you on the same day for your urgent medical needs. Though we would prefer you to take prior appointment for doctor visit.

I had some difficult times back in the days, and no doctor could tell what is wrong with me so I decided to change my GP to doctor Bashir and that was one of the best decision what I could make. He picked up what is wrong with me on the first visit. Sometimes I have to wait for the doctor for a little while, but I believe it is normal as all the patients who wait in the facility need attention not just me and as they most probably have/has some condition what makes their life challenging.
